Greg
Greg is the Salon Director here in the Streetly Family, and specialises in short hair cut styles and Wella Professional homecare. Greg started his career with Francesco Hair Salon over 25 years ago and has most recently been running the Francesc Hair Salon in Walsall, which he still co-owns with his wife, Amy. Greg has also previously run Francesco Hair Salons in Shrewsbury and Knowle, as well as the Group's flagship salon in central Birmingham.
Greg and Amy are a husband and wife winning team, who accolade's include being BHBA British Hairdressing Business Awards FINALISTS twice in the last four years! Alongside that, winning 'Franchisee Of The Year' awards within our very own group, and placing 3rd in 2024.
Greg brings his extensive knowledge and experience to our family salon, working with our fantastic team to help the salon grow and develop, ensuring that all our guests receive an exceptional 'Francesco Hair Salon Experience'.
Salon Manager / Wella Colour Expert
Galina
Galina, with her exceptional service level and attention to detail, shows us all why she is the most in-demand Senior member within the Family.
Being part of the Streetly Team for over 15 years now, 2023 saw Galina complete the Francesco Hair Salon Management course, which started a new venture into her long fruitful career.
Summer 2024 would see Galina promoted to Salon Manager. Working closely with Greg, Galina oversees the day to day salon guest journey, our education of our Team members, and helping guide the lead of our service level into 2025.
With multiple awards in the industry to Galina's name, she looks forward to welcoming you to our salon Wella experience.
Senior Stylist / Wella Colour Expert
Marissa
We are so excited to introduce Marissa! After 17 years of working in Walsall our sister Salon, she will be joining the team alongside Greg and Galina to strengthen the Senior Salon Team from 6th November. Marissa started with Francesco Hair Salon as an Apprentice 17 years ago! Over the years Marissa has completed various training courses through Wella, L'Oréal and our very own Advanced Academy. She is also a qualified Educator, inspiring our future Hairdressing stars. Marissa has a Wella Colour Expert Qualification, meaning that she, alongside Galina, have a Degree Level knowledge of all things colour! Marissa also specialises in other areas including Styling and beautiful Hair-up techniques perfect for that special evening out. Marissa's favourite colour services are Balayage and Highlights. She loves a good Wella blonde! She also loves personalising colours for clients for a more bespoke and personal service. Marissa will offer such a wide range of personalised and specialist services at Francesco Hair Salon Streetly. Because of this she will get booked up extremely quickly, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Emily
Emily is our Senior Stylist who as been working alongside Salon Director Greg for the past 9 years in the Walsall Family.
After joining the Streetly salon alongside Greg in April 2023, Emily has grown to become a strong, familiar, highly in demand Senior Stylist. A true asset to our Family salon - very popular with our salon guest experience and within the Family team itself.
Emily loves to bespoke every service and tailor make your appointment to suit her salon guests needs and enhance their salon experience.
New Talent / Wella Technician
Gabs
Gab's is our super star in the making! Our go to hands on help, support by making every guest's experience feel special and individual.
Gabs in April 2024 completed all her cutting courses and her cutting & styling Vardering School in the Francesco Hair Academy.
Our NEW Talent Stylist from May 2024, offering Ladies Cut & Blow Dry services from only £40 and Finishes from £30.
Gabs will still be here on hand for your Wella colour services in Root Applications, Partial Roots, 1/4 Head Foil Services and Full Head Colour Services.

Marnie joins us from our sister salon based in Walsall having WON 'Apprentice Of The Year' for with Francesco Hair Salons in late 2023!
Now here to support the salon guest journey, taking on the Francesco Academy Cutting & Styling courses in late 2024 and completing the Finishing School early 2025 to become our New Talent Stylist for April 2025!! Kelly
Kelly is our wonderful Front Of House and has been with the Streetly Francesco Family for over 19 years. Kelly is the jewel in Streetly's crown!! She is the first face you will see and goes above an beyond to make everyone of our salon guest's feel welcome with her genuine warmth. Always here to ensure we deliver our high level of care, service each and every time. Kelly will always be on hand for any request you may have, now on our reception every day from Tuesday through to Saturday - simply call 0121 353 3888 for any salon enquires.
