Greg
Greg is the Salon Director here in the Streetly Family, and specialises in short hair cut styles and Wella Professional homecare. Greg started his career with Francesco Hair Salon over 25 years ago and has most recently been running the Francesco Hair Salon in Walsall alongside his wife and business partner, Amy.
Greg has also previously run Francesco Hair Salons in Shrewsbury and Knowle, as well as the companies flagship salon in central Birmingham.
Greg and Amy are a husband and wife winning team, who accolades include being BHBA British Hairdressing Business Awards FINALISTS twice in the last four years! Alongside that, winning 'Franchisee Of The Year' awards within our very own company, most recently placing 3rd in 2024, and 5th in 2025.
Greg brings his extensive knowledge and experience to our family salon, working with our fantastic team to help the salon grow and develop, ensuring that all our guests receive an exceptional 'Francesco Hair Salon Experience'.

Amy
Amy is our joint Co-Salon Director alongside Greg.
Amy has been with the Francesco Hair Salon Family for 19 years, starting in the Wolverhampton salon in 2006. With a passion for leading our hairdressing standards within our salons, bringing her a wealth of knowledge in styling and Wella colour.
Amy specialises in all aspects of hairdressing services. Amy endeavour's to bespoke every service, to tailor make a style for each of her salon guest needs. Leading from the front with her passion for hair, design and care within our salon team family. Amy ensures that all our guests receive an exceptional Streetly 'Francesco Hair Experience'.
Salon Manager / Wella Colour Expert
Galina
Galina, with her exceptional service level and attention to detail, shows us all not only why she is one of the most in-demand Senior member within the Family, but also Winning the Francesco Hair Business Award for 'Top Wella Colourist' in 2024 and 2025!
Being part of the Streetly Team for over 16 years now, 2023 saw Galina complete the Francesco Hair Salon Management course, which started a new venture into her long fruitful career.
Summer 2024 would see Galina promoted to 'Salon Manager'. Working closely with Greg, Galina oversees the day to day salon guest journey, the education of our Team members and helping guide the lead of our service level into 2025.
2026 will see Galina take on the role of 'Creative Director' for the salon - meaning she will be overseeing all our exciting moves into competition work and show work throughout the year!
With multiple awards in the industry and within our own company to Galina's name, she looks forward to welcoming you to our salon Wella experience.
Stylist
Gabs
Gabs is one of our most popular Stylists. After working so hard over the past 4 years, April 2025 saw her very well deserved promotion to Stylist level.
October 2025 saw Gabs take 7th Place at our annual Francesco Hair Business Awards for 'Newcomer of the Year' - showcasing just how special Gabs has been working to develop her loyal salon guest base. A much very well deserved Award of recognition!
Making every guest's experience feel special and individual, Gabs likes to take that extra time at your appointment to enable her to give the very best in hair care advice, styling tips and enhance the service with the most perfect head massage treatment.

New Talent Stylist / Wella Technician
Em
Em is our New Stylist / Wella Technician who joined the Streetly Francesco Hair Family summer 2025!!
Fully NVQ Level 3 trained at our very own Francesco Hair Academy based in Stafford over the last three years, achieving the highest grade possible - DISTINCTION in all her practical exams in July 2025 - Em brings her passion and guest service to our salon.
With an intensive training plan in place, Em attended our Cutting & Styling Vardering course in September 2025 working alongside Educator Paul Corbett - and achieved her second grade of DISTINCTION for 2025 - showcasing she really is one of our stars of the future!
Now back in salon working closely with Co-Salon Director Amy and Salon Manager Galina, Em is on hand for all your Styling and Wella colour needs.

Charlotte
Charlotte joined the family salon in December 2025, after completing all her NVQ Apprenticeship at our very own Academy based in Stafford.
Joining the salon to become our New Talent Stylist for April 2026, Charlotte is now on hand to help support and deliver our excellent guest journey in all Wella Colour Services, alongside offering the perfect blow dry finish for that special occasion or seeing her within our brand NEW Head Spa from February 2026!!

Marnie joins us from our sister salon based in Walsall having WON 'Apprentice Of The Year' for with Francesco Hair Salons in late 2023!

Kelly is our wonderful Front Of House and has been with the Streetly Francesco Family for over 19 years. Kelly is the jewel in Streetly's crown!! She is the first face you will see and goes above an beyond to make everyone of our salon guest's feel welcome with her genuine warmth. Always here to ensure we deliver our high level of care, service each and every time.
