Galina, with her exceptional service level and attention to detail, shows us all not only why she is one of the most in-demand Senior member within the Family, but also Winning the Francesco Hair Business Award for 'Top Wella Colourist' in 2024 and 2025!

Being part of the Streetly Team for over 16 years now, 2023 saw Galina complete the Francesco Hair Salon Management course, which started a new venture into her long fruitful career.

Summer 2024 would see Galina promoted to 'Salon Manager'. Working closely with Greg, Galina oversees the day to day salon guest journey, the education of our Team members and helping guide the lead of our service level into 2025.

2026 will see Galina take on the role of 'Creative Director' for the salon - meaning she will be overseeing all our exciting moves into competition work and show work throughout the year!

With multiple awards in the industry and within our own company to Galina's name, she looks forward to welcoming you to our salon Wella experience.

Em is our New Talent Stylist / Wella Technician who joined the Streetly Francesco Hair family in the summer of 2025, and has already proven to be a fantastic future asset to Streetly.

Fully NVQ Level 3 trained at our very own Francesco Hair Academy based in Stafford over the last three years, Em achieved the highest grade possible - DISTINCTION in all her practical exams in July 2025. She brings her passion for all aspects of hairdressing, along with her commitment to guest service, to our family-run salon.

Throughout autumn 2025 and spring 2026, Em followed an intensive training plan, attending our Cutting & Styling Vardering course in September 2025, working alongside Educator Paul Corbett, and achieving her second DISTINCTION for 2025. In February and March 2026, she completed the Wella Colour Vardering School, earning her third DISTINCTION, showcasing that she truly is one of our rising stars to watch.

Now back in the salon full time and working closely with Co-Salon Director Amy and Salon Creative Director Galina, Em is on hand for all your styling and Wella colour appointment needs.

In January 2026, Em became part of our new venture - The Francesco Streetly Spa Salon - a must for pure relaxation, self-care, and the perfect Gift. Check out our Head Spa Page for more details on this exciting new service for 2026.
