    Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment at the salon.

We understand that sometimes unexpected events occur and you may need to rearrange your appointment. We kindly request that you provide as much notice as possible should you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment as last minute cancellations are harmful to our business as we lose the ability to re-sell that appointment space.

    Skin Testing Policy

A skin allergy test is required prior to any Colour or Technical Service if you are:

    • A new client to Francesco Hair Salon
    • An existing client wanting a colour change
    • An existing client who has not had colour in the last 6 months

We require a skin allergy test to be carried out a minimum of 48 hours, to a maximum of 96 hours, before your appointment to ensure your protection and wellbeing.

If you do not have a valid and up-to-date skin test, we will be unable to carry out any colour or technical work at your appointment. Your health and wellbeing is our utmost priority. If we proceeded with your appointment without performing an Allergy Test, it would compromise your safety. We’re not prepared to do that under any circumstance.

For more information about Skin Allergy Testing you can read our Skin Test Blog or ask a member of our team, who would be happy to assist you.
