As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hair services to our clients while providing outstanding customer service. Duties

Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, and barbering to meet client needs.

Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer tailored recommendations.

Maintain a clean and organised work station, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised.

Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.

Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon growth.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist within the industry.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Proficiency in barbering techniques is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
