You’ll be responsible for:

- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the salon in an academy setting through leading, inspiring, and motivating a team

- Supporting and developing the team to maximise sales, deliver outstanding customer service and grow a loyal client base

- Actively developing the academy Apprentices to achieve Graduate Stylist status and preparing them for salon placements

- Working with the academy team to ensure the smooth operation of commercial days alongside the academy and graduate salon

- Achieving £1,100 - £1,300 gross sales per week

- Promoting a professional attitude and a positive team ethic

- Leading the Front of House team to ensure the effective booking of all clients and models

You will:

- Have a minimum of 8 years salon experience and a desire to work directly alongside Apprentices and in an education role

- Preferably have in-salon training experience and an Assessors qualification but full training will be provided for the right candidate

- Have a passion for sharing your skills whilst also maintaining a column of clients

- Have strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team

- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service

- Be able to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment

- Have knowledge of front desk operations including appointment scheduling and cash handling

- Undertake Safeguarding training and promote the welfare of all young people attending the academy
