Started with the company as a Saturday Girl and completed her Apprenticeship at the Bridle Road salon in Stafford, under Company Founder, Frank. Ali later joined the Wolverhampton Salon, initially 1 day a week and then the rest is history. She became Manager then Partner and is now Salon Director. Ali wanted to be a Hairdresser from a very young age and Frank's ethos of training, customer service and precision high quality hairdressing became part of her fabric and is reflected in her loyalty to the brand.
Wella Colour Expert
Helen
Helen is a Colourist of the Year finalist 2022, with over 20 years experience. Helen is a talented hairdresser in cutting all hair types and textures and also specialises in every form of colour, from creative techniques and vivids through to classic and natural looks. Helen is also an educator at the Company’s Advanced Academy, where she shares her creativity and expertise.

Lukasz
With over 10 years experience and an expert in hair colouring and creative cutting for all hair types and textures, Lukasz loves creating a unique look for all of their guests. As well as being a Wella Colour Expert, Lukasz is also the salon's Racoon hair extension specialist.
Senior Stylist
Sharon
Sharon started her hairdressing career in 1985, joined Francesco Group in 1990 and has spent the last 30 years at the Wolverhampton salon alongside Ali. A talented all-round hairdresser, she has a wealth of experience in all areas of hairdressing, including being a qualified hairdressing educator.

Leanne
Leanne started as a Saturday Girl and then became the salon’s Front of House after leaving school, before then progressing into hairdressing herself. Over the years she has progressed her career and experience on specialist courses and working alongside some of the Company's most talented people.

Charlene
Charlene has over 4 years experience specialising in textured and curly hair. Charlene is passionate about continuing to develop her skills and her philosophy is that there's always something to learn. Her guests love the fun and friendly experience and expert advice she shares.
Stylist
Sophie
Sophie has been hairdressing for 4 years, after starting her Apprenticeship at the Wolverhampton salon at age of 15. She has since achieved all her qualifications and achieved a Distinction on the Company's finishing school, Vardering. Sophie is also skilled in men's barbering and is working to develop her skills in curly and textured hair.
