Greg
Specialising in short hair cut styles and Wella Professional homecare, Greg is based here every Monday taking appointments all day. The remainder of the week Greg will be found in our sister salon, Francesco Hair Salon Streetly, based in Sutton Coldfield. Greg started his career with Francesco Hiar Salon over 20 years ago and has also previously run Francesco Hair Salons in Shrewsbury and Knowle, as well as the Group's flagship salon in central Birmingham. Greg and Amy are an award winning husband and wife duo, with accolade's including 'FINALISTS Of the British Hair Business Awards (BHBA) twice within the last four years and winning 'Franchisee of the Year' within our very own company, to name but a few over the last 15 years together.

Amy
Amy is our joint Co-Salon Director, making up the Award Winning successful family duo wife and husband business team in Francesco Hair Walsall alongside Greg. Amy has been with the Francesco Hair Salon Family for 17 year's, starting in the Wolverhampton salon in 2006. With a passion for leading our hairdressing standards within our salons, bringing her a wealth of knowledge in styling and Wella colour. Amy specialises in all aspects of hairdressing services. Amy endeavour's to bespoke every service, to tailor make a style for each of her salon guest needs. Leading from the front with her passion for hair, design and care within our salon team family. Amy ensures that all our guests receive an exceptional Walsall 'Francesco Hair Experience'.

Niki
Nikki started working at Walsall Francesco Hair salon in 1996 after qualifying from the Walsall college, she is a huge part of our salon and has amassed a loyal and varied clientele in the years she has spent here. Nikki is very passionate about her hairdressing and feels there is nothing more satisfying than seeing a client happy with their hair. Nikki is our creative director and She loves to let her creativity loose on any length of hair but would say her forte is shorter styles. Nikki aims to please weather it's a trim or a transformation she just is so passionate and loves every aspect of her job! She loves to create good friendships with her guests where she can understand their needs and capabilities regarding there lifestyles and managing their hair. Nikki loves to advise guests on how to style there own hair and what products to use the achieve this to get that salon look every day! Nikki has been part of Walsall for a long time and has amassed a loyal clientele and is a huge part of our Walsall team. Nikki does get booked very quickly because of her creativity and passion for hair so please make sure you book in advance to get an appointment with her!

Sarah
Sarah has been working at Francesco Hair Walsall for over 17 years now! Sarah currently works part time on Thursdays and Saturdays. Sarah main focus in salon is cutting and styling, her favourite thing about hairdressing is the way she can make people feel happier about themselves! Sarah loves a variety of cuts and styles. As Sarah has been at the salon for such a long time she does get booked up quickly, so to make sure you get your appointment with her book in advance!

Marissa
Marissa started with Francesco Hair Salon as an apprentice 15 years ago! Over the years Marissa has done various training and is also a qualified educator herself and guides our apprenticeship team here in the salon. Marissa has her Wella Colour Expert qualification, meaning she as a degree level in colour! Marissa is Walsall's colour manager and oversees all of the colour work. Marissa also specialises in many areas including styling, training and beautiful hair up techniques, however colour is where her passion strives. Marissa favourite colour services are balayage and highlights, she loves a good Wella blonde! She also loves personalising colours for clients for a more bespoke and personal service. Marissa can offer such a wide range of personalised and specialised services at Francesco Hair Salon Walsall and because of this gets booked up extremely quickly, so please book in advance.

Dani
Danni has been a fully qualified hairdresser for over 13 years now, but in the industry for 16 years, as she started at 15 as a Saturday girl in one of our local Francesco Hair Salons . She has loved all of her hairdressing at Francesco Hair Salon, as its a true family feel company and wouldn't want to go anywhere else! What you might not know is Danni had a 2 year break where she travelled the world gaining more experience and knowledge, hairdressing for one of the top cruise-liners in the country!! Still to this day doing salon guests hair gives her a buzz, that she cannot describe. She loves connecting and getting to know her guests, making them feel wonderful at the same time! and cannot wait to now be back in the Walsall Family. Working every Monday and Friday, Danni specialises in all aspects of hairdressing services.

Emma
Emma has been hairdressing for over 24 years after leaving school and doing an apprenticeship, starting her loved career off as a Saturday girl at just 14 years old! Emma has been working for the Francesco Hair Family now for the last 4 years. Emma's passion is hair colour, balayage, freehand, highlights, bleaching and colour correction. Emma also enjoys styling of all lengths, but especially enjoys short hair techniques and loves creating a fabulous bouncy blow dry. In 2024 Emma became our 3rd Wella Colour Expert within then salon. Fresh off the back of her Wella qualification, this summer will see Emma gain more knowledge in the Francesco Hair Salon Management Training programme. Exciting times ahead for our Emma !

Shalani
We are excited to introduce you to our NEW Senior Stylist, Shalani! Shalani has been a part of the Francesco Hair Family for many years, having progressed from an Apprentice to more recently earning a place on the Francesco Hair Salon Creative Team. Shalani formally worked alongside Greg as his Manager at the Birmingham Salon and reunites with him again to work on building Walsall's Curly and Textured Hair Care offering. Shalani is experienced in all hair types but her true passion and expertise lie in Curly and Textured Hair. One of Shalani's proudest moments within her hairdressing career was achieving a distinction on completion of the prestigious Wella Colour Expert Programme; one of the highest accolades in Colour which only a handful of UK hairdressers hold. In her spare time Shalani loves travel, spending time with her family & friends, and sipping on a G&T! Shalani starts at the Salon on 11th September however booking in advance is recommended as we know she will book up fast!

Tegan
Tegan has been working and training with us for the last 4 years and after completing her qualification, achieving the highest grade Distinction, she has gone on to perfect her hairdressing skills on advanced cutting and colouring courses in 2023 with Wella Professionals and our Advanced Education team. She is a true asset to our Francesco Hair Salon family!
Stylist
Ellie
Ellie has been hairdressing for over 4 years now, taking her final exam in February and graduating May 2023. Ellie has always aspired to be a hairdresser for as long as she can remember and her dream has finally come true qualifying in early 2023, and taking her role as our Graduate Stylist. Ellie has been part of many training courses to perfect her skills over the last two year's, such as Wella 'colour with confidence' and Wella 'colour vardering'. Here to offer her salon guest the very best into 2024 , Ellie leads the way for care and salon full guest experience. A true asset to the Walsall Family, and a future award winning star to watch ! Ellie loves creating beautiful hair, she especially loves doing Wella colour services such as highlights and balayage's.

Jess
Jess has been with us for 2 years and is now doing her advanced qualification in her NVQ Level 3 hairdressing. In November 2023 Jess will complete her Wella Colour Vardering programme, Get Set To Colour, Foiling Techniques, and Wella Colour Surgery achieving the highest grade - DISTINCTION!! to become our top Graduate Wella Technician within the salon. Jess spent a lot of her time when she was younger doing her sisters hair and knew hair was a passion of hers. Jess favourite thing about hairdressing is seeing clients faces at the end of every appointment knowing she has made them happy with her hair. Jess loves doing bright and creative colours as well as doing soft foils to enhance someone's natural colour. Jess also offers styling services, her favourite is a creative soft bouncy wave finish. In late 2024 Jess will be completing the Francesco Hair Vardering 3 week Cutting Course, to become our NEW Graduate Stylist for December, perfect for your festive hair appointments.

Marnie
Marnie has aspired to be a hairdresser for as long as she can remember, so when she was still in school she fulfilled her interests by getting a little Saturday job in a local hairdressers where she worked for 10 months. She learnt a lot and got the experience she needed to take the next steps into working for a bigger, award winning company!! Marnie enjoys meeting new people and helping them feel better about themselves. Marnie is most excited to explore colouring so she can see people transform themselves into fresh new looks that they love. In her hairdressing career she wants people to leave smiling because Marnie feels like having her hair done always makes her feel better about herself, so she wants to be able to give clients the same experience she would expect. Marnie is looking forward to learning the different cutting techniques and keeping updated with the new styles that come in fashion so she is able to provide advice on the latest hairstyles to the clients. Lola is our new 2023 apprentice , making up the duo with Marnie. Here to help maintain our guest experience, to help in anyway needed to ensure every guest receives our full Francesco Hair service. Lola is passionate about hair. Lola's inspiration was growing up with her sisters and doing all of there hair. Lola loves making people feel special and can't wait to be a part of a creative team! Ruth
Ruth is the heart and soul of the Walsall Francesco Family and is always the first person to greet you with a big warm welcoming smile and offer you a nice hot drink! Ruth joined the Walsall Francesco Family nearly 30 years ago! She started doing her apprenticeship and has completed her level 2 NVQ hairdressing. Over the years Ruth has had different roles within the salon, including Stylist and Colour Technician, but found her love for Front of House 23 years ago and never looked back! Ruth loves being able to have a good catch up with all our salon guests and provides the best warm welcome to our Family salon.
