Charlotte started her career with Francesco's 17 years ago at the Lichfield salon. There she won the title of Apprentice of the Year and then swiftly progressed to become the Salon Manager. She then also managed the Stafford Academy, before transferring to the Shrewsbury salon; going on to own the salon in 2022. Charlotte is proof that if you work hard for your dreams they can come true! She loves making her guests feel special and creating a cut or colour that suits them and their personality, so they leave the salon with a smile on their face after every visit.

Jayne has been with the Shrewsbury salon for 7 years and we're sure all their guests agree that Jayne is the heart of the salon and it runs smoothly as a result of her amazing organisational skills; she is equally adored by the team and guests alike!

With over 25 years in the industry, Helen's journey began in Birmingham before managing a busy Sutton Coldfield salon.
Now happily settled in Shrewsbury's countryside with her son Max, Helen brings her wealth of experience, creativity, and passion to every appointment.
She's all about crafting styles and colours that celebrate your individuality - so you leave not just looking amazing, but feeling confident and uplifted.

I'm also a fully trained stylist, so every look is finished with a cut that suits you perfectly. My aim is always the same: you leave the salon feeling amazing and confident!

Scarlett is the salon's Wella Colourist, who delivers beautiful colours every single time. She is warm and welcoming and you are guaranteed to love your colour every single time. Scarlett qualified from the Advanced Academy's Technical Finishing school with a Distinction and top of her class!

Hi, I'm Amy. I have been in the hairdressing industry for 11 years now, 8 of those years have been with Francesco Hair Salon.
I started with the Group at 16 years old. I achieved my NVQ level 2 3 and a Distinction in Finishing School. I love sharp precise hair cuts and specialise in natural looking blondes. I also love a bold creative colour.
