Mike has been in the hairdressing industry for 44 years and still loves it as much as when he started. For 15 years he worked in a top London salons, like Robert Fielding of Regent Street, Toni and Guy on Sloane Square and John Frieda on Cavendish Road. He then made the move to Francesco's and opened the Francesco Hair Salon in Sandbach in 2002. He hasn't looked back since! In his career he's won many awards in different areas of hairdressing, from photographic work to being a finalist for Franchisee of the Year at the British Hairdressing Business Awards.
