Erica has been in the hairdressing industry since the age of 14, previously working on cruise ships and living in Australia and has been with the company for 13 years. Erica took over as Salon Director 18 months ago and is thriving with her team. She has made friendships with her clients and enjoys every minute of her job.

Hayley's intro into hairdressing was her Mum's idea to keep her out of trouble at 16 (!) and she thoroughly enjoyed it. Skip forward 16 years and she is here at the Ringwood salon growing her passion for the industry and creativity, continual learning and client's journeys are her focus!

Millie started her Apprenticeship the company in October 2022 and has loved it ever since. One thing she loves about being an Apprentice is that she gets to learn new things everyday. Millie's favourite part of training is cutting hair.
