Erica has been in the hairdressing industry since the age of 14, previously working on cruise ships and living in Australia and has been with the company for 13 years. Erica took over as Salon Director 18 months ago and is thriving with her team. She has made friendships with her clients and enjoys every minute of her job.

Dan
Daniel has over 15 years of experience in the industry. Throughout Dan's career, he has developed a deep passion for hairdressing, specialising in creative colouring and cutting techniques. He loves to bring out the best in each individual. Dan believes that effective communication is the key to a successful hairstyling experience. 'Cutting and styling hair is my art, and I take it seriously.'

Georgie
Georgie has been in the industry for 12 years now, 9 years with the Francesco salon family. Georgie is experienced in cutting and styling but would say she is most passionate about colour. She started as a colour technician, working closely with Erica. 'I've been lucky to continue building my skills in the industry and have created photoshoots and competition work. Now I am balancing my salon life with mum life!'

Hayley
Hayley's intro into hairdressing was her Mum's idea to keep her out of trouble at 16 (!) and she thoroughly enjoyed it. Skip forward 16 years and she is here at the Ringwood salon growing her passion for the industry and creativity, continual learning and client's journeys are her focus!

Della, our new Wella Colour Technician brings a wealth of experience and expertise to elevate our clients' hair transformations with precision and creativity.
Apprentice
Melissa
Mel started her Apprenticeship with the company in August 2021 and has qualified her Level 2. Mel loves exploring different techniques so that she can bespoke hair to the client's vision. Hobbies of Mel's are playing video games in her spare time.
Apprentice
Millie
Millie started her Apprenticeship the company in October 2022 and has loved it ever since. One thing she loves about being an Apprentice is that she gets to learn new things everyday. Millie's favourite part of training is cutting hair.
Front of House
Shauna
Shauna recently joined the team and as well as being Front Of House, Shauna also works on the social media for the salon. Hobbies of Shauna's are everything interiors, being a mum and being creative.

Lucy
Lucy has been with the company for 15 years and absolutely loves her job. She is a very bubbly person and has a wonderful husband of 9 years and 2 beautiful fur babies - Lily and Simba.
