With over 30 years of passion for hair and more than 20 years leading the salon, Loretta is the driving force, heart, and soul behind everything we do. As our Salon Director, she's more than a leader - she's a mentor, motivator and the ultimate team cheerleader.
From coaching new Apprentices to creating unforgettable experiences for clients, Loretta leads with warmth, precision, and an unwavering love for the craft.
A Life in Hair, A Love for People
Loretta's commitment to excellence shows in everything she does - from her Wella Colour Expert qualification to her razor-sharp eye for detail and her belief that customer service is just as important as great hair.
She thrives on the buzz of a busy salon day, especially a "Fizzy Friday" filled with laughter, loyalty, and a little sparkle in the air. Her motto? There's always time for people. Whether you're a client or a team member, you'll feel seen, heard and cared for.
Family, Team & The Francesco Spirit
Being part of Francesco Hair Salon means everything to Loretta. The salon is her second home, and her team is her extended family, including her daughter, Nicola, who now proudly manages the salon.
Outside of work, Loretta's happiest spending time with her two grandchildren, her beloved dogs Lulu and Daisy and her close-knit family. Add in a good holiday, a bit of shopping, a lovely glass of wine, and a great meal out, and that's her perfect day.
Loretta isn't just the Salon Director, she's the glue, the guide and the spirit behind the salon's success.
We're proud to call her our leader, and grateful for the passion and heart she brings to the salon every single day.

Meet Nicola: Salon Manager, Colour Expert & Transformation Queen! ✨
Every salon has that one person who holds it all together - and for us, that's Nicola. With 15 years of experience and 3 years as our brilliant Salon Manager, Nicola works side-by-side with salon owner (and Mum!) Loretta, leading with confidence, compassion and a deep love for both her team and her clients.
Colour Is Her Craft
Nicola's colour knowledge runs deep - and in 2024, she took things to the next level, passing her Wella Colour Expert qualification with flying colours. Whether it's bold colour changes, gentle corrections, or full-on transformations, Nicola's creative eye and technical precision are unmatched.
She especially shines when a client walks in with a colour mishap - where others might panic, Nicola sees possibility. Her favourite projects? Big, beautiful colour corrections and total hair makeovers.
A Leader in Hair & Heart
More than just a colourist, Nicola is now also one of our newly qualified Hair Loss and Scalp Experts, helping clients navigate the more sensitive side of hair with care and expertise.
But what really sets her apart is her passion for customer service. She makes every client feel like they're the most important person in the room - because to her, they are.
Beyond the Chair
Outside the salon, Nicola is a proud mum to her daughter Rosie, and if you ever need a restaurant recommendation or travel tip, she's your go-to. She loves good food, great chats, and is always planning the next adventure.
A Temporary Goodbye...
As we celebrate everything Nicola brings to the salon, we're also sending her all our love and best wishes as she begins her maternity leave until spring 2026 - getting ready to welcome baby number two! We'll miss her presence dearly, but couldn't be more excited for this next chapter in her life.

With a true passion for short, curly, and creatively precise cuts, Nat has carved out a reputation for transforming hair into something that feels uniquely you. It's no wonder she was crowned Top Stylist in the Company for 2024!

If you've ever sat in Claire's chair, you'll already know: she's got the gift of the gab, a heart of gold, and hands that make bobs look effortless. With over 20 years of experience in precision cutting and styling, Claire has long been one of the cornerstones of our salon team. Now, she's taken her love of hair to the next level - officially qualifying as one of our in-house Hair and Scalp Experts!
Claire has always been fascinated by what's really going on beneath the hair. From product chemistry to scalp health, she's been diving deep into the science of it all. Her new qualification means she's not just making hair look great - she's now treating it at the root (literally), helping clients understand and improve their scalp and hair health from the inside out.
Fun, Bubbly... and a Bit Obsessed with Bulldogs
Beyond the salon chair, Claire is the kind of person who brings energy into any room. She's a proud French bulldog Mum, a crisp connoisseur, and the go-to guru for all things reality TV. (Seriously - don't challenge her to a Love Island quiz unless you're ready to lose.)

Vikki's journey with the Francesco Hair Salon started in the most classic way - as a Saturday girl. Fast forward 20 years, and she's now one of our most versatile and experienced stylists, specialising in both ladies' and gents' cutting, with a passion for all hair types - from bouncy curls and sleek bobs to long, flowing styles and stunning special occasion hair.
Her dedication, creativity, and calm confidence have made her a true favourite among clients - and a much-loved member of our team.
A Stylist Who Just Gets It
Vikki is all about helping clients feel like the best version of themselves. Whether it's a sharp new cut, a soft glam updo, or a relaxed style for a big day, she brings care, precision, and plenty of friendly chat to every appointment.
She's especially known for her eye for detail and her ability to tailor a look to suit each person's hair type, lifestyle, and vibe.

There's something instantly uplifting about Jade - maybe it's her infectious giggle, maybe it's her bubbly energy, or maybe it's the way she talks about colour like it's a form of magic. Starting her journey with us seven years ago at Francesco Hair Salon, Jade has grown into one of our most talented and passionate colourists - and 2024 made it official.
This year, she was crowned 'Best Top Colourist' and 'Best Newcomer', a rare and well-deserved double win that speaks volumes about her skill and dedication.
Blonde Obsessed... In the Best Way
Jade has a true gift when it comes to creating stunning blondes - from soft, sun-kissed balayage to bright platinum transformations. She's a true perfectionist, taking time to understand every client's hair, skin tone, and desired look to deliver colour that's both beautiful and bespoke.
