Loretta is our Salon Director and has over 25 years hairdressing experience and has successfully been at the helm of the Northwich salon for the last 14 years. A Master Colour Expert, Loretta's passion is hair and making her guests look and feel fantastic. Loretta's discerning standards ensure that every guest experience is truly amazing.
Salon Director / Colourist
Nicola
Nicola began her hairdressing career on a scholarship over 14 years ago, she soon progressed to Senior Colourist at the salon and then spent some time working at a luxury salon in Edinburgh. Nicola now returns to work alongside her Mother in leading the salon and team and bringing the luxury city-centre experience to our salon. With over 14 years experience, Nicola specialises in colour changes and balayage. After completing her hairdressing scholarship, Nicola worked in Edinburgh at a top city salon and in more recent years has returned to Manage the salon, alongside her Mother, Loretta, bringing the luxury city-centre experience to our salon.
Creative Director
Claire
Claire is our cutting specialist, with 20 years experience. She is also our Nioxin specialist, with particular expertise in scalp and hair thinning concerns. Claire is incredibly approachable, with a bubbly and chatty personality, who makes her guests feel welcome and relaxed.

Vikki
Vikki has been part of the team here at Northwich for 14 Years, with over 20 years experience Vikki is one of our highly experienced cutting stylists. Also Specialising in Keratin smoothing treatments, occasional hair and one of our bridal experts. Vikki prides herself on offering a personalised consultation for her clients who come back to her time after time.
Colourist
Jade
Jade has been with us since her career began 7 years ago. After a successful graduation with her advanced hairdressing Jade has gone on to be one of our highly trained Wella colourists. Colour is her passion but her talent in cutting is what brings Jades clients back also. Jade is one of future stars.
Stylist
Lois
Lois completed her hairdressing training with Francesco's and recently polished her skills on the company's finishing school, Vardering, from which she qualified with a Distinction! Specialising in long hair, hair up and curly textured hair, Lois is a perfectionist who will ensure you leave the salon with a faultless new style.
Colourist
Alayna
Alayna has recently joined the team as our new Colourist. She has been in hairdressing for 4 years and has completed extensive colour training. She loves all aspects of colour; especially keeping those roots at bay! Happy, chatty and welcoming, Alayna will make you feel right at home.

Amanda
Amanda our warm friendly receptionist has joined us with over 20years of customer service experience. After success in running her own business for over 10 years Amanda brings her wealth of experience to the salon and prides her self in taking care of all our guests.
