Siobhan
Siobhan is a Senior Stylist and Salon Manager at Francesco Newport. Siobhan has over 14 years experience and she is a specialist in precision cutting, short hair and men's haircuts. Known in the salon as the 'queen of bobs', she is highly skilled at creating sharp, tailored shapes and loves working with thick hair.
Siobhan enjoys all aspects of cutting and is trusted for her expert eye and attention to detail. As the salon trainer, she also plays a key role in supporting and developing our apprentices through their qualifications, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to every appointment.
Stylist
Alicia
Alicia is a Stylist at Francesco Newport, specialising in ladies and men's haircuts with a growing expertise in men's hair and barbering. She is currently completing her barbering qualification, offering tailored men’s cuts alongside her hairdressing skills.
Alicia is also known for her relaxing head massages and loves creating bouncy, voluminous blow dries. With a calm and friendly approach, she ensures every client leaves feeling refreshed and well looked after.
Wella Colour Expert
Sam
Sam is a Senior Stylist at Francesco Newport with over 20 years of experience, specialising in expert hair colour including grey blending, lived-in colour, balayage, blonde hair and curly hair. With her own natural curls, she understands how to work with texture and help clients embrace it. Sam is known for creating soft, natural results that are easy to maintain and tailored to each client.
She also loves taking the time to show you how to style your hair at home, so you can recreate your look with confidence. Sam is currently refreshing her cutting skills and offers trims and maintenance cuts (no short styles or restyles), and may occasionally check in with a team member for support as she continues her cutting journey. With her wealth of experience and calm, caring approach, you're in very safe hands.

Emmie
Emmie is a Stylist at Francesco Newport and a go-to specialist for blonde hair, balayage and tape hair extensions. She loves creating soft, seamless blondes and long, glossy hair with beautiful curls and movement, while also enjoying shorter styles.
Emmie takes her time with every client, never rushing, and is known for her caring approach and really listening to what you want. For more complex colour work, she may work alongside our Master Colour Expert to ensure you get the best possible result
New Talent
Saffron
Saffron is a New Talent Stylist at Francesco Newport, starting her hairdressing journey with a passion for hair cutting and a growing love for colour. She has a special interest in curly hair and natural texture. She loves creating bouncy blow dries full of volume and movement.
Saffron is beginning to build her skills in men's haircuts and enjoys developing her all-round styling. She is bubbly, chatty and loves making clients feel comfortable in her chair. As she continues to grow her skills, please allow a little extra time for your appointment, and she may occasionally check in with senior team members to ensure you get the best result.
New Talent
Jess
Jess is New Talent at Francesco Newport and a passionate hair colour specialist, currently part of the Francesco Hair Spotlight Team 2026. She loves all aspects of hair colouring, including blondes, balayage and glossy brunettes, and already runs a strong colour column. Jess is also continuing to build her cutting skills as she completes her final year.
She takes the time to really listen to her clients and gives great advice on maintaining healthy, beautiful hair at home. Please allow a little extra time when booking with Jess, as she may check in with senior team members to ensure you get the best results.
1st Year Apprentice
Georgia
Georgia is one of our Apprentice at FG Newport, coming to the end of her first year and soon progressing into her second. She has a natural talent for hair styling, specialising in hair ups, bouncy blow dries, curly blowouts and fun finishes like hair tinsel.
Georgia is super chatty, bubbly and loves getting to know her clients, making every appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. As she continues her training, please allow a little extra time for your appointment, and she may check in with senior team members to ensure you get the best result.
1st Year Apprentice
Amelia
Meet Amelia our newest first year apprentice! Although Amelia is just beginning her journey with us at Francesco Hair Newport, she already has previous hairdressing experience and has completed her Level 2 qualification. She has joined our academy programme to further develop her skills to the high Francesco standard, building even more confidence, precision and expertise in both colouring and cutting.
Amelia has a real passion for hair colour and is excited to continue learning everything from beautiful blondes to rich brunettes and creative colour techniques. When you visit the salon, Amelia will be helping to make your experience extra special by looking after your shampoos, relaxing treatments and beautiful blow-dries, ensuring every client feels welcomed, pampered and cared for from the moment they arrive.
With her friendly personality, enthusiasm to learn and passion for making people feel amazing, Amelia is a fantastic addition to our team, and we can't wait for you to meet her!

Kim
Kim is part of our Front of House team at Francesco Newport, known for her chatty, bubbly personality and love of getting to know every client. She'll definitely want to hear all about your holidays and is always happy to share a little fashion advice along the way.
Kim enjoys supporting the team around the salon and helps with shampooing clients too, bringing her passion for the industry into every part of the experience. From the moment you arrive to when you leave, Kim helps make your visit feel friendly, personal and full of great conversation.

Dani is part of our Front of House team at Francesco Newport, bringing a bubbly and welcoming energy from the moment you walk through the door. She loves making sure you're fully looked after, keeping your drinks and treats topped up while effortlessly organising your salon appointments.
Dani is always happy to help, whether that's supporting the team around the salon or shampooing clients, and she genuinely enjoys getting to know you and your day. She plays a big part in making your whole salon experience feel relaxed, cared for and seamless.
