    Matt

    Matthew our Salon Director and has owned Francesco Hair Salon Nantwich for the past 25 years.

    His passion for precise, technical cutting is reflected in his long standing clientele, some of whom have been visiting Matthew at FG Nantwich from his first day... all those years ago!



    Senior Stylist

    Laura

    Laura has been with FG for 19 years! She loves hairdressing, describing it as a way of life! Laura is one of our senior stylists, her reviews reflect her technical skills, she creates beautiful colour work... Balayage is Laura's specialty!



    Senior Stylist

    Vickie

    Vickie has enjoyed hairdressing for over 32 years, she still loves the everyday buzz of creating fabulous hair soaking up the atmosphere of the salon.

    She loves all aspects of hairdressing. Vickie is our Occasional Hair Expert, if you are looking for a Avent Garde or classical style Vickie is your girl!



    Senior Stylist

    Kim

    Kim returned to team Nantwich on June 3rd 2025. Kim has many years of experience in the hairdressing industry, precision cutting and bespoke colouring are Kim's specialty.

    We are all excited to have our team buddy back , she has been greatly missed by both clients and team members.



    Stylist

    Marta

    Marta has recently been promoted to salon Stylist, Marta came to us as an apprentice in 2019, she has grown in confidence and has built a strong client base.

    Marta's attention to detail is evident in both her cutting and colour work. Marta became a Mum in April 2024 and has since returned part time, working Wednesdays and Saturdays.



    Salon Manager

    Jill

    Jill is our Salon Manager, married to Matthew she leads the salon reflecting our family values. Jill was a British Hairdressing Business Awards Finalist, having a keen interest in navigating and managing personalities using DISC profiling.

    She is also a fan of Geoff Ramm, the customer care guru and Author of Celebrity Service!



    Colourist

    Jess

    Jess joined us in November 2023, she has recently passed her level 2 in Hairdressing and has been promoted to a Colour Technician August 2025.

    Jess has a real passion for all aspects of hairdressing and a keen interest in the beauty and fashion industry. Jess is currently focusing on colour work and she is looking forward to building a loyal and happy client base.



    General Assistant

    Joels

    Joley is our General Assistant, she came to us as an Apprentice in 2023, however decided to do her A Levels! She has just passed her exams in 2025 and is taking a gap year, so that means we get to keep her for at least another year!

    Joley is a fantastic support for all our stylists and keeps the salon running smoothly!
