Paula is the proud owner of the Francesco Hair salon in Leek, with a successful career spanning over 38 years that has taken her across the globe. She started her career at the Stone salon as a Senior Stylist and Salon Trainer, she then left the company for a few years to travel the world working in hair salons aboard cruise ships. In 1997, Paula rejoined Francesco's at the Leek salon, which she has made her home ever since. In this time she has achieved hairdressing excellence, winning a Top Stylist award and gained her training and assessors qualifications to help educate and mentor Apprentices. She officially took ownership of the salon in 2002 and relocated the salon to Market Place in Leek, providing her guests with a more spacious, luxurious and relaxing environment. Paula loves making people look and feel amazing, which is why she says she "has the best job in the world!". Paula's guilty pleasures are a love for travel, taking time out to do yoga and pilates.

I'm Aaliyah and I'm a qualified Stylist with Francesco Hair Salon Leek, and have been in the salon for 3 years.

I pride myself on the perfect finish whether that be a bouncy blowdry or a perfect sleek style, and absolutely love hair colouring, especially creative work.

I love having a good relationship with all my clients and to make them feel good and confident. Outside of work I will be in the gym or going for food with family and close friends, anything that keeps me busy.
