Charlotte is a Senior Stylist with a passion for all things hair. She specialises in all aspects of hairdressing, including cutting, styling, and colouring, with a particular love for short cuts, bobs, and bouncy blow drys.

Charlotte prides herself on creating a warm, calm, and luxurious experience for every client. It's important to her that every client feels comfortable, heard, and truly understood from the moment they sit in her chair. She's always happy to offer advice and guidance so that every client leaves not only looking amazing, but feeling confident too.

Outside the salon, Charlotte is a proud mum to three children and loves spending quality time with them on her days off.

Layla is the talented and enthusiastic Apprentice stylist at Francesco Hair Salon Congleton. With a lifelong passion for creativity and style, Layla brings a fresh, positive energy to our salon floor and is dedicated to furthering her career in the hair industry.

Working closely under the mentorship of our salon team, Layla is quickly mastering the foundational skills of hairdressing. She has a natural flair for beautiful styling and is particularly fascinated by the art of colouring.

Layla's top priority is ensuring every client has a luxurious and comfortable experience. She loves seeing the confidence a new hairstyle can bring and is excited to grow her skills with us. We are thrilled to have her as part of the Francesco Hair Salon Congleton family.
