Gemma
Gemma is the epitome of Francesco Hair success - she began in 1998 as a Saturday girl, progressing to Apprentice as she left school the following year. She completed her training and rose through the ranks to become one of the busiest and most successful Stylists within the company, until she finally became the Franchisee of Church Lane in July 2023.
She has embraced becoming 'the Boss' and Kerry and Judy are happy in the knowledge that Church Lane will continue in the future in Gemma's very capable hands.

Kerry
After more than 40 years at the helm of Church Lane, Kerry has handed over that baton to Gemma - he still has the same passion for the Industry and is continuing at Church Lane but now concentrating on his clients.
At present he is working on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Inspiring the younger members of the team with his enthusiasm he is still involved in their training, passing on his great skill and knowledge.
Salon Manager
Kath
Kath joined the team at Church Lane earlier this year transferring from another branch within the Company. She brings a wealth of experience including the Wella Master Colour Expert qualification and is a very talented Colourist and Senior Stylist.
Her bubbly personality and enthusiasm for all things Hairdressing related is a lovely addition to our team.
Apprentice
Kacey
Kacey arrived in the summer of 2023 and has proved to be a natural hairdresser. She loves colouring and is now qualified to assist with colour in the salon.

Jess
This is Jess, our newest 1st Year Apprentice joining us in the summer of 2024. She's super excited to learn lots of new skills and we can't wait to guide her on her hairdressing journey! Watch this space!
Front of House
Judy
After over 20 years as joint Franchisee of the Salon alongside Kerry - Mrs 'O', as she is affectionately known to the staff, has stepped down from Management and is now Front of House on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. She is still in the background helping Gemma with the running of the salon ordering stock, supplies and organising the diary.

Shirley
Shirley started with us here at Francesco hair Church Lane in June 2024 to support the fabulous Judy in running the salons appointments and keeping the salon running smoothly. She has lots of experience with in the customer service world from being a manager at a leading superstore to running her own dog walking business!
Saturday Assistant
Roxy
Roxy joined our team in April 2024 as our new Saturday girl. She will be assisting all of the team with day to day salon life, whether it be shampooing your hair, bringing you a fabulous coffee or making sure the salon is looking tip top! Roxy is wanting to pursue a career in hairdressing once she finishes school next September, Watch this space!
