We’re currently inviting experienced and passionate Hair Stylists to bring their expertise, energy, and creativity to our busy Winton salon. If you’re looking to grow in a professional, supportive, and stylish environment, this could be your next big move.
Your day-to-day:
– Deliver beautiful, tailored haircuts, colours, and styles that leave clients feeling their absolute best
– Recommend salon treatments and retail products to enhance every visit and keep hair looking fabulous between appointments
– Take the time to truly listen to clients, offering personalised advice and expert styling tips
– Help create a positive, welcoming salon experience where clients feel at home and team spirit thrives
All about YOU:
– With a Level 2 in Hairdressing, you’re confident and capable on the salon floor
– You’ve spent 3–5 years owning the salon floor and perfecting your craft
– You’re friendly, professional, and you love building strong, lasting relationships with your clients
– Communication is your superpower—you listen well, give great advice, and make every client feel valued
– You’re passionate about all things hair and always up to date with the latest trends, styles, and techniques
