We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at Francesco Hair Shrewsbury. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hairdressing techniques, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the confidence of our clients through your expertise in hairstyling.
Duties
Provide high-quality hair cutting, colouring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain an organised and clean workspace to ensure a professional environment.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalised consultations.
Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Assist in front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Mentor junior stylists or apprentices, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their development.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role within the industry.
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
A valid hairdressing qualification or certification is required.
