Francesco Hair Salon Market Drayton is looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced Stylist or Senior Stylist to join our talented team.

What We’re Looking For:
A Talented Professional: You are a fully qualified (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and experienced stylist, comfortable and confident in all aspects of hairdressing.
A Creative Expert: You have a strong passion for colour, cutting, and styling, with a keen eye for current trends. Experience in balayage, creative colour, and occasion hair is a significant advantage.
A People Person: You excel at building instant rapport with guests, providing in-depth consultations, and ensuring every client leaves feeling fantastic.
A Team Player: You are positive, professional, and eager to contribute to our friendly and supportive salon atmosphere.
Ambitious & Eager to Learn: You are committed to your personal development and excited by the opportunity for continuous training.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Manage a busy column, delivering high-quality cutting, colouring, and styling services to a loyal client base.
Provide expert, tailored consultations for every guest, recommending services and home care products to meet their needs.
Contribute to the salon’s reputation for excellence and five-star service.
Embrace ongoing training to keep your skills at the cutting edge of the industry.
