Stylist/Senior Stylist

£12.50 per hour, plus commission and bonuses
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. You will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while showcasing your creativity and technical skills in hairstyling. This is a great opportunity to work in a vibrant environment, where you can express your artistry and build lasting relationships with clients.
You will be responsible for:
• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet clients’ needs and preferences.
• Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and promote salon offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and ready for use.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and provide professional advice on hair care.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere that prioritises customer satisfaction.
You will need:
• A Level 2 Certificate in Hairdressing as a minimum.
• A minimum of 3 – 5 years experience on the salon floor, post qualifying
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs.
• Knowledge of current hair trends, styles and techniques.
