Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at Francesco Hair Salon Sandbach. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hairdressing techniques and a flair for creativity, ensuring that each client leaves feeling their best.
Responsibilities
– Provide a range of hair services to meet client needs and preferences.
– Engage with clients to understand their desired outcomes and offer professional advice on styles and treatments.
– Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every client feels valued and welcomed.
– Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon revenue.
Qualifications & Experience:
– An NVQ/SVQ Level 3 hairdressing qualification is essential.
– 3 years’ experience of running a column on the salon floor.
– Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
– The ability to work well as part of a team whilst meeting individual targets.
