What You’ll Do
Deliver bespoke, high-quality cutting, styling, and advanced colouring treatments (balayage, babylights, colour corrections, and vivids).
Conduct thorough, client-focused consultations to understand individual style, hair health, and home-care needs.
Prescribe tailored home-care routines and premium retail products to maintain client results between visits.
Act as a role model and mentor to junior team members and apprentices within the salon.
Maintain high standards of customer service to drive client retention and rebookings.
What We Are Looking For
Qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent professional experience).
Experience: Proven track record working as a Senior Stylist/Colourist in a fast-paced salon environment.
Technical Mastery: Strong expertise in contemporary cutting techniques and modern colour theory (Wella experience is a bonus, but not required).
Client-Centric Attitude: Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
Drive & Passion: A genuine love for the hair industry, trend awareness, and a desire for continuous self-improvement.
