This isn’t just a job, it’s a vital role in keeping our Salon running smoothly. You’ll be the first friendly face our clients see, the go-to person for our Stylists, and the one who keeps everything ticking behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing:
– Giving every client a VIP welcome and making them feel instantly at home.
– Serving up teas, coffees, and a touch of luxury.
– Handling bookings like a boss – in person and over the phone.
– Keeping our Stylists’ schedules in check so their day flows perfectly.
– Bringing positive energy, organisation, and enthusiasm every single day.
