We’re looking for a Receptionist to be the heartbeat of our Salon – keeping things running smoothly, ensuring every client feels special, and supporting our team of talented Stylists.
What you’ll be doing:
– Greeting every client with a warm welcome and a smile
– Managing appointments and calendars like a pro – both in person and over the phone
– Keeping the salon running like clockwork and making sure Stylists have everything they need
– Handling enquiries, taking payments, and maintaining an organised Reception area
– Creating a positive, upbeat atmosphere that makes clients excited to return
