At Francesco Hair salon in Congelton, we’re renowned for creating beautiful hair and providing the very best in client care. Due to our continued success, we’re looking for a reliable and outgoing Receptionist to join our team.
Working Wednesday and Thursday 5pm – 8pm, you’ll be responsible for:
• The general housekeeping of the salon, ensuring it’s always tidy and presentable.
• Greeting and welcoming visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Booking client appointments in person, via telephone and social media.
• Providing refreshments and ensuring clients have a 5* customer experience.
• Taking payments for services and performing cashing up duties at the end of the day.
To join us, you’ll need to:
• Have strong attention to detail and accuracy, as you’ll be scheduling appointments, handling cash and working with lots of client data.
• Have good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Be a team player and enjoy communicating with a variety of different people.
• Be smart and presentable as you will be representing the brand and will be the first point of contact for our clients.
• Be adaptable and willing to cover holidays and absence as required.
