What We Are Looking For:
Experience: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Hairdressing with proven experience working as a Senior Stylist.
Colour Expertise: High proficiency in modern colouring techniques (balayage, foil work, colour corrections, and bespoke toning).
Styling & Finishing: Strong skills in precision cutting, creative styling, and client consultations.
Client-Focused: A warm, professional demeanor with a knack for building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
