We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a range of hair services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers will be key to your success in this role.
Pay
From £14 – £19 per hour

Responsibilities
– Provide high-quality hair cutting, colouring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs.
– Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
– Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales targets.
– Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
– Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive atmosphere, including mentoring junior stylists when necessary.
– Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends.
Qualifications
– Proven experience as a Hair Stylist
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
– Experience in store management or front desk operations is a plus.
– Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining client satisfaction.
