Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Colourist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair colouring techniques and a flair for creativity. As a Hair Colourist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients’ appearance while providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients will be key to ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties
– Perform a variety of hair colouring services, including highlights, balayage, and full colour applications.
– Consult with clients to understand their desired outcomes and provide professional advice on colour choices.
– Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring all tools and products are properly sanitised.
– Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
– Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere.
– Stay updated on the latest trends in hair colour and styling, as well as industry advancements.
Qualifications
– Ideally 5 years salon experience
– NVQ Level2 & 3 in hairdressing preferred
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
– Experience in upselling services and products is preferred.
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
