The Francesco Hair Salon Business & Hair Awards returned for 2026, bringing together our salon teams for an unforgettable evening celebrating creativity, talent and achievement from across the Francesco family.
This year was particularly special as we welcomed back the Hair Awards, our photographic competition showcasing the incredible creativity, technical skill and artistry of our talented hairdressers. After several years focused solely on the Business Awards, it was fantastic to see the photographic competition return and take its place alongside the awards recognising outstanding performance and success across our salons.
From inspirational photographic work to the achievements of our teams and individuals, the evening was a celebration of everything Francesco Hair Salon, creativity, passion, progression and the people who continue to make our family so special.

HAIR AWARDS 2026
The return of the Hair Awards saw our photographic competition judged by an incredible panel of industry experts. We were delighted to welcome Rich Windle, Simon De Felice, Kelly Laurie and Paul Fensome from Wella Professionals, alongside Sarah Dixon from ghd, who brought their wealth of experience and expert eyes to the judging process. With so much creativity, technical skill and individuality on display across the entries, our judges had the difficult task of selecting the finalists and winners from some truly outstanding photographic work.

Another highlight of the evening was the announcement of the 2027 Spotlight Team, revealed by Advanced Creative Director, Heather Shaw.
The newly selected Spotlight Team will embark on an exciting 12-month mentorship programme, offering opportunities to develop their skills, creativity and experience within Francesco Hair Salon. The programme marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the talented individuals chosen to be part of the 2027 team.
