We’re delighted to announce that our very own Creative Director, Heather Shaw, has been crowned a WINNER at the Wella Professionals TrendVision Award UK & Ireland 2026!
Heather was named Digital Transformation Award UK & Ireland Winner at the prestigious final in London, an amazing achievement that celebrates her creativity, hairdressing expertise and ability to bring a transformation to life through digital storytelling.
And we couldn’t be prouder!
From Finalist to Winner!
Earlier this year, we were delighted to announce that three members of our Francesco family had reached the Wella Professionals TrendVision Award Final , Heather Shaw, Gemma McGeown and Galina Johnson.
Reaching the final of one of the industry’s most recognised competitions was already a fantastic achievement, but Heather went one step further, taking home the Digital Transformation Award UK & Ireland title.
The award celebrates more than an incredible finished look. Entrants were challenged to demonstrate exceptional craft while telling the story of their transformation through digital content, combining technical hairdressing with creativity, personality and modern storytelling.
A Night to Remember
The 2026 Final took place at London’s spectacular Town Hall by Bottaccio on 14 September as part of House of Wella.
More than 450 hair professionals came together for an evening celebrating the very best of our industry, with finalists, leading artists and creative teams all sharing the stage.
Following months of anticipation, Heather was announced as the Digital Transformation Award UK & Ireland Winner, a fantastic moment for Heather.

From inspiring our teams and supporting education, to pushing creative boundaries and representing Francesco Hair Salon within the wider hairdressing industry, Heather is always looking at what’s next. To see that talent recognised on such a prestigious UK & Ireland stage makes us incredibly proud.
