Francesco Hair Salon Named Top 50 Apprentice Employer

At Francesco Hair Salon we’re incredibly proud to have been named amongst the Top 50 SME Apprenticeship Employers 2022 in the UK by the Department of Education! Officially ranking within the Top 20 in the Employers list.

Apprenticeship Employers from across a wide range of industries including healthcare, banking, media and the automotive industry in the private, public and charitable sectors were all independently assessed and ranked by the Department of Education, in partnership with High Fliers Research, to recognise the country’s most outstanding apprenticeship employers for their vital work boosting career opportunities for more people.

Francesco Hair Salon officially ranked 18th and is the second highest ranking hairdressing training provider on the list!

Our Apprenticeships are the cornerstone of our business and an essential part of our growth and success. We’re proud to offer such a quality programme that provides true development and career opportunities and champions diversity to appeal to learners from a range of backgrounds to help them succeed in their careers.

As a Franchisor and one of the UK’s leading private hairdressing training providers, we have been running hairdressing salons for over 55 years and training the up and coming stars of our industry for over 40 years! Our extensive industry and educational experience is infused into every level of Francesco Hair Salon’s Apprenticeship training. Apprentices benefit from industry and business expertise to not only succeed as a professional hairdresser but also gain a level of commercial acumen that will make them a valuable asset to any salon business.

Apprenticeships are at the heart of the whole Company culture and structure of Francesco Group; from hairdressing Apprentices on the salon floor and Academies, to more business focussed Apprentices at our Head Office as well.
