The Wella Colour Expert (WCE) programme is no small commitment. Over the course of 6 to 12 months, colourists attend 12 days of intensive training at a Wella Studio, broken down into four training stages. From day one, their colour skills are reignited and elevated to a new level, giving them the confidence and know-how to take on any colour service with creativity and precision.

After months of hard work and learning, the WCE journey culminates in a special certification ceremony that honours each stylist’s incredible dedication and achievement.
